But they are properties with great value and or up sight so Northbound Outlook and its team of investors will acquire these for both business and personal use. As markets change and needs of the business and personal uses change these properties are listed for sale and made available to the public and their real estate agents via the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Please remember our focus at Northbound Outlook is you, the client, in search of the property. Not the seller who is looking to sell the property. We understand that this can create a conflict of interest if you are visiting this website for the first time, but please feel free to reach out to us. Prior to listing any property, in which Northbound Outlook has a vested interest in, we notify all of our active and past clients to the future listing of the property so that if interested they have the ability to persue prior to the property hitting the open market.
