Northbound Outlook was a simple concept created from personal experiences while looking for our own family "Dream Getaway."

From our first home we purchased the real estate business never appeared to have an even playing field from a buyer prospective. Though it seemed like the agent(s) who was showing us the property was working for us, the truth was really 180 degrees the other way.

So with that feeling I proceeded to get my Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers license with the intent of never being in the traditional Real Estate profession as most of us know it. I figured that if we were going to be purchasing investment/ rental properties in and around Green Bay, we should know the rules and regulations as they apply to both parties meaning the buyer and sellers.

My passion for the outdoors and memories of being raised on Golden Lake lead Sofia and I on our "Dream Getaway" search in Northern Wisconsin in the spring of 2002. As a team we spent many days in the truck with a map and notebook looking for that "Dream Getaway." We would rush North on Hwy 41&141 to look at properties we had been told, "IS PERFECT; JUST WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?" Only to find the property everything we had not been looking for.

The agents who called us always told us the lake was great for fishing or the land was abundant with wildlife. Who could blame them for telling us that?  They wanted us to purchase the property! Remember they worked for the Seller not us the buyer!

Few if any of the Real Estate agents we spoke with ever took the time to find out what we wanted or what our expectations where for our future "Dream Getaway."

Doesn't it seem odd when you are considering spending hundred of thousands of dollars that an agent would not take the time to get to know more than just your name and budget? We thought so and did something about it by creating Northbound Outlook.

Since our first vacant lot we purchased on Beecher Lake we've helped friends and families, like yours, locate and acquire properties all over Northern Wisconsin.  We enjoy the process and the time spent meeting new people while exploring our favorite areas. We do more than just "look" at the property. We try our best to find out information that may or may not make a particular property special to you. We'll take the time to get your family out on the water to view properties that we have qualified as a possible match based on the "Getaway Profile" we'll create together.
