Northbound Outlook was a simple concept created from personal experiences surrounding our search for the "Dream Getaway" in Wisconsin. During this process, we felt the real estate business never appeared to have an even playing field from a buyer's prospective. At times it just wasn't fun and it didn't feel right. No one took the time to determine what WE wanted or helped us define our expectations. It became quite evident that some of the real estate agents we contacted were only concerned with knowing our name and our budget and writing up an offer on our behalf.
There had to be a better more enjoyable way. And there is Northbound Outlook! Our opinion is this-when you make the decision to find a recreational property, your intention is to find a place that is designed to bring joy and fun to your life, not stress and frustration. We want the search for your "Dream Getaway" to be a positive and productive experience, in other words it should be fun!
Northbound Outlook has over 20 years of experience in Northern Wisconsin and more importantly a sincere desire in helping you locate properties that are right for you. We'll put together a personal "Getaway Profile" to determine more than just your name and budget.
